Title - Graduate Marketing Executive
Salary - Up to £23,000 p. a.
Location - Hybrid (London / WFH)
The role
It’s a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week spent with the team in central London (London Bridge), and the rest at home.
The role will initially include:
- Creation, testing and scheduling of all email marketing campaigns including newsletters, webinar promotion, client/3rd party emails as well as social media posting across the publication portfolio (copy provided by the Editorial team, currently using MailChimp)
- Monthly and quarterly internal reporting on email and social media performance, with recommendations and ideas for opportunities for improvements
- Gathering google analytics data and preparing readership reports for our portfolio of clients
- Obtaining materials from clients for their eblasts, setting up, testing and scheduling their campaigns. Post-campaign, responsible for the preparation of marketing performance reports for our clients.
- Creation of all website forms for gated content and webinars, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Creation and quality checking of webinars on the website to ensure they match client requirements.
- Responsibility for accuracy and creation of website pages containing media kits, FAQs, Advisory Board etc.
- Preparing user data to ensure appropriate tags/codes are applied before being uploaded to user database
- Quality checking new user information to ensure it meets the required standard
We are looking for someone who:
- Can show evidence of exceptional attention to detail and customer focus
- Has experience of a busy, face-paced and varied role, showing excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Can quickly build a strong working knowledge of our website and email (amongst others) in order to deliver excellent service to our clients and members.
