Salary - Up to £80,000 p. a. (dependant on experience)
Location - Brighton / WFH (fully flexible)
We’re looking for a commercial, passionate and talented marketer to join our clients’ high-energy marketing team to head up our new product and work with customers to ensure their internal marketing activity is on point.
Key responsibilities:
- Head up their new product service, designed to support customers with extra resource in data, marketing and design to drive engagement and prove ROI
- Plan, create and host Impact workshops for our customers
- Create presentations and interactive session material to support workshops and customer working sessions
- Support sales presentations to pitch the Service
- Work with customers to share marketing knowledge and support with resource to feel like an extension of their team
- Write video scripts and briefs for our in-house design team to create best-in-class promotional material
- Copywrite and create content, collateral and templates to support the customer journey
- Lead customer and product marketing
- Harness comms and distribution channels to communicate new product updates and customer updates
- Head up customer advocacy and product steering groups

Work with Impact Service customers on case studies, reviews and social proof
- Relevant experience in the elearning or learning technologies industry preferred
- Confident working with customers and when customer-facing scenarios
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles
- Presentation and workshop skills
- Skills to confidently brief creatives and third parties
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- A natural self-starter and team player with a positive attitude
- Doer and a thinker – you’ll need to be comfortable getting hands-on
- Can hit the ground running and act with understanding, flexibility and initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and demands within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills
