- Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing projects and campaigns for big brands
- Developing creative ideas for client campaigns: briefing in and working with members of the wider team to develop an idea, strategy or campaign
- Securing exceptional coverage across tech media
- Building great relationships with clients - listening and understanding their needs and expectations, always exceeding them
- Owning the projects that you manage, always ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard with fantastic attention to detail
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, identifying key learnings
- Staying ahead of social platforms and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 4+ years relevant work experience
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- A 'little black book' of contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills over email and phone
- Experience of successful project management and relationships made with high-level clients
- Must be based in London
