Responsibilities
The Senior Client Strategist, EMEA will report to the VP of International Client Strategy and hold the following responsibilities:
Client Programs - The creative/client strategist will create and present world-class marketing campaigns for their largest customers to drive business results. This includes crafting sales tools and results-oriented proposals
Product Innovation – You will have a keen eye for new developments in content and demand marketing and introduce/work on new solutions that they do not have in the portfolio to drive the best results for their customers. This includes building new solutions and partnering with 3rd parties in the B2B media and marketing ecosystems.
Requirements
5-10 years of digital marketing or strategic planning in media, marketing services and/or at a communications or content marketing agency in the APAC region
Critical thinking – Ability to think strategically with solid business knowledge, brand research, insight gathering, organizationally savvy and global business acumen.
Creative Writing - Excellent writing skills and the ability to tailor messages to specific and multiple constituencies.
Digital & Converged Media Expertise – Deep enough understanding of the marketing industry to break ground with new ideas that span paid, owned and earned marketing solutions
Big Idea & Product Development – Experience creating impactful marketing concepts and products in response to industry trends and client objectives
Proposals Creation – Experience creating presentations; pitching ideas, commercial flair, leverage excitement, precision and visual appeal to convey an idea
Financial Prudence – Prudence in balancing ideas with budgets to ensure programs are net positives for both the company and their clients
Confidence & Poise – Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Analytical Skills – Experience analysing market data, determine KPI/ROI metrics and provide strategic insights that map program performance against goals
Entrepreneurial - Thrive and move projects forward in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-energy environment
Knowledge of technology/content marketing and/or communications in the APAC region plus work experience internationally, or with international clients also preferabl
This position will work predominantly on B2B campaigns but candidates with creative/ communications agency backgrounds and experience in content marketing are encouraged to apply.
