- Title: User Aqusition Marketing Lead (Subscriptions)
Salary: Up to £33,000
Location: Flexi, working from their Central London office 2 days per week/ remote working 3 days a week.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative User Acquisition Manager to join a highly respected client of ours. You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase acquisition and engagement across anAnalytics platform. You will be working closely with senior management, product development and marketing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Co-create an online community of investors
- Develop, implement, and manage growth strategy
- Define the most important KPIs
- Support content on social media channels, optimize SEO, and build other growth measures
- Measure the success of every growth campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest growth-focused best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Present to Senior Management
Growth Manager requirements and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Growth specialist.
- Growth strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
