- Title: Temp Email Campaign Specialist (With the opportunity to go perm).
Location: London / WFH (Hybrid)
Salary: Daily rate of £250
Temp: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
We are supporting a leading media company who are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Email Campaign Specialist to support marketing campaigns across a number of brands. Please find further details below.
The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience working with Email Service Provider tools such as Acoustic, Cheetahmail, Sailthru, Adobe Campaign or Braze ( or marketing automation platforms similar to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua & Marketo).
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and time management
- Experience of HTML (hand coding) and CSS via Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of mobile optimisation and Javascript is hugely advantageous, although not essential.
- Experience working with email campaigns and a good understanding of cross-browser issues
- Good communication skills and telephone manner, with an ability to converse with internal clients and understand their requirements
Example of what daily activities may include:
- Using their inhouse workload management tool
- Interpreting campaign requirements from a brief
- Updating pre-existing HTML email templates with new copy and images
- Adding / removing Snippets / Sections of HTML as per brief
- Amending / troubleshooting basic HTML issues
- Testing emails through to internal customers
- Making amends according to customer requirements
- Loading pre-created audience segments (this role won't be creating them)
- Scheduling email campaigns
- Background admin task support
