- Title -Senior Marketing Specialist
Location – London (Hybrid)
Salary – Up to £50k plus an additional 20% in comms
Key Responsibilities
• Review marketing plans for each show undergoing digitisation and make recommendations to ensure best practice and bold thinking.
• Be a brand guardian ensuring all customer touchpoints across all shows (those undergoing digitisation) are in line with the appropriate tone of voice and look and feel for digital transformation.
• Visibility on the creation of all marketing communications across marketing emails, social, PPC and websites to provide quality control. Whilst you will not be a point of sign off on all assets, you will provide spot-checks and audit content on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee and maintain a central asset library to share best in class ideas, creative, copy and visual assets across show teams and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Automation team to ensure quality control of data migrations from Personatech platform and support event teams with audience segmentations in Hubspot
• Review campaign effectiveness per show and make recommendations on optimisation and enhancements.
• Share best practice lead generation and management processes where our product / customer portfolio is more complex

• Proven marketing experience.
• Proven team/stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and motivate outside of direct reporting lines.
• Excellent copywriting skills and confidence using bold brand personality and tone of voice.
• Thrives on developing creative which pushes boundaries and encourages teams to be ambitious and expansive in their thinking.
• The ability to be agile and inspire those around you to do the same - changing strategies and tactics when campaign performance demands it and producing new reactive ad hoc campaigns.
• Proven experience overseeing the management and performance of multiple marketing channels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a high workload across multiple channels and being able to prioritise and work at pace.
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting high level analysis.
• Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot
