Digital Marketing Manager - B2B Events & Media - up to £40k plus bonus - Hybrid, London
ZMarketing is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across digital channels, with responsibility for SEO, PPC, website performance, UX quality, and creative output. This role is within a well established Events and Media business.
The role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, working closely with senior marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams across a portfolio of global events and lead generation initiatives. It plays a key role in digital transformation, audience targeting, performance optimisation, reporting, and continuous testing and improvement, while also mentoring junior team members and championing best practice.
Key Responsibilities

Drive performance against KPIs including registrations, leads, conversions, traffic, and ROAS

Optimise SEO, PPC, paid social, websites, landing pages, and user journeys

Own SEO/GEO execution across on-page, technical, content, and offsite activity

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search and social platforms

Conduct UX and website audits, improving layout, consistency, and page performance

Produce and test digital ad creative and video content

Deliver performance reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders

Support digital transformation initiatives, process improvement, and tool adoption

Train and mentor junior marketers
Skills & Experience

2–3+ years’ experience across SEO, PPC, and performance marketing

Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and ad platforms

Confident project manager with strong stakeholder communication

High proficiency with WordPress and modern page builders

Creative capability across copy, formats, and experimentation

Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and continuous optimisation

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies, including AI
