THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to attract and grow our clients audience, secure reach into new prospects, and drive commercial value. This role requires a tech-savvy professional with excellent analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of digital event marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own the marketing management of the key flagship event, from strategy to execution.
- Identify target audience prospects and secure reach.
- Develop and manage marketing schedules across all channels.
- Drive customer engagement and conversion through insightful data analysis and customer journey mapping.
- Streamline processes, foster innovation, and ensure marketing excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing director and data manager for ongoing improvement.
- Create integrated event plans, including pre-event marketing, show floor presence, and post-event follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven knowledge of the tech industry and large-scale events.
- Ability to write strong marketing plans
- Strong project management skills
- Experience of marketing large scale conferences and exhibitions to the US market an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years’ experience in successful lead generation and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions.
- Data analytical skills: ability to review data, draw conclusions, and make actionable plans.
- Campaign Management experience, including marketing automation/nurture flows.
- Sets direction for email Segmentations, landing pages, personas and customer journeys
- Promotes best practice in reporting, forecasting and performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders highlighting opportunities and changing landscapes. Regularly reviews response rates, audience demographics and industry best practices.
