- Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Flexi - working from the Central London office 2 days a week/ 3 days from home.
Key responsibilities:
Attendee Acquisition:
- - Evaluate the data required in the target audience brief and ensure it is available, sufficient, and relevant.
- - Execute campaigns across marketing channels to drive acquisition and engagement.
- - Ensure messaging in all marketing materials is benefit led and speaks to each segmented target audience.
- - Working with sales and production, Identify key target partners and locate data on Marketo, Salesforce.
- - Execute campaigns across marketing channels to drive acquisition.
- - Working with their manager to set up lead scoring campaign to identify MQL and drive acquisition.
Project Management:
- - Ensure all planned marketing activity is being completed to deadline and to a high quality.
- - Ensure that any spend is on the budget tracker.
Reporting & analysis:
- - Be clear on the core KPIs that help you and your manager know if each event is on course.
- - Track performance on marketing activity and compare to previous year as well as the current year’s acquisition plan.
- - Attend regular meetings with your manager to update project team on progress, upcoming activity and to give advance warning of potential upcoming issues (along with solutions).
Product and sector knowledge:- - Gain insight into customers challenges and what being involved in our events as either a sponsor, attendee, speaker, or judge solves for them.
- - Stay up to date with the latest market developments to better communicate with the audience.
Key qualifications:
- - 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- - Experience of marketing events and awards.
- - Demonstrate past experience of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- - Excellent copywriting with ability to adapt to multiple personas
- - Working directly with multiple internal stakeholders.
- - Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
