- Title : Marketing Manager
Salary : Up to £35,000 p. a.
Location : London/ WFH (Hybrid and remote working options)
Key purpose of the role:With support from the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive audiences to a range of brandextensions. The Marketing Manager will also contribute to the overall marketing and communications strategy for the organisation.
Key responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:Online Marketing• Campaign planning, implementation, and analysis• Deliver email marketing including copywriting and list management. To include the planning andexecution of promotional campaigns and the automated campaigns• Extensive Social (organic and paid), PPC and Display campaigns including retargeting• Increase search engine visibility of all jobs services through keyword analysis, content optimisationand link building.
Digital Marketing• Conduct digital campaigns as required to support the marketing strategy for all brand extensions• Conduct research to inform strategy and analyse the efficacy of campaigns• Support the marketing director in the use and adoption of new digital technologies• Increase data capture and maintain CRM data integrity• Implement relevant tracking tools as required, provide reporting and insight, and act on this insight
Line Management• Line management of the marketing assistant to support the outlined strategies.• Recruitment, coaching, development, and appraisal of staffSkills and Attributes required
• Experience working in a marketing environment, preferably in the publishing, arts, culture, media,heritage, or not-for-profit sector
Experience of analysing marketing metrics and producing reports that demonstrate theeffectiveness of marketing campaigns• Experience of managing and developing direct reports• Robust communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and accuratelywith people at all levels including external suppliers• Experience of data management and list acquisition as well as thorough GDPR knowledge• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
